This camp is designed for freedivers who want to improve their freediving for depth or pool, get ready for competitions, or hit specific training goals. You’ll get expert guidance in sessions focused on technique, stamina, and mental strength. We’ll also share useful tips and strategies to help you keep improving after the camp.

Campus Sursee offers perfect conditions with an Olympic-sized 50-meter pool.

Gym

Progressing in freediving requires both strength and endurance. There's no getting around a visit to the gym. We will introduce you to some valuable workouts.

Markus Ziegler

Max is a swimming, and mental coach with over 20 years of experience. He organizes boot camps and has trained top athletes and the Swiss Olympic Team. Max is known for his high standards in water exercises. For him gym workouts are a crucial part of training for any sport, including freediving.​

Anna-Karina Schmitt

Anna is a freediving athlete and instructor who is passionate about pool and deep-water freediving. She’s dedicated to helping people make positive lifestyle changes. Her approach combines a strong personal commitment with enjoyable training routines, helping individuals to reach their full potential.

Yoga

Anna will prepare you for optimal water training with yoga sessions focused on stretching, stability, and proper breathing techniques essential for freediving.

Yoga & Meditation for freediving: Focus on breath control, relaxation, and mental clarity

Pool Session I: Long dives & stamina building

Afternoon

Gym Training: Strength exercises for freediving muscles and flexibility work to enhance technique.

 

 

Sunday - morning

Yoga & Meditation: Continue refining breath control and freediving-specific stretches

Pool Session II: Monofin & no-fin focus with technical drills

Video Analyses & Classroom Session: Mental strategies and healthy training mindset​​​​

​Price: CHF 680 all-inclusive

(Price-Discount: CHF 620 for SUSV members)

Includes accommodation for 1 night, breakfast, pool sessions, gym, yoga and spa access. All expert training sessions.

Diving Level Requirements

Participants should have a good fitness level and meet the AIDA 3 or Molchanov Wave 2 standards for pool diving. Certification is not required; these standards are just for orientation.

Cancellation until 27.12.2024 -  30% of the camp costs
Cancellation by 10.01.2025 - 50% of the camp costs
Cancellation up to 17.01.2025 -  80% of the camp costs
Cancellation from 18.01.2025 -  100% of the camp costs
